Puesto at The Headquarters is teaming up with three of San Diego's favorite restaurants for a taco collaboration to launch Puesto's new Local Thursdays. Puesto has tapped, CUCINA Urbana, Herringbone and Sea & Smoke to each create a one-of-a-kind taco available exclusively on Thursdays in May at Puesto. Each restaurant took a favorite dish from their menus and morphed it into a taco using Puesto's fresh house-made tortillas. In addition to the three tacos, Puesto will also offer all their local beers at half-off on Thursday nights, which currently includes Modern Times Saison, Saint Archer Blonde, Green Flash Hop Head Red, Alesmith Nut Brown, Ballast Point Sculpin IPA, and more.
This limited time collaboration kicks off Thursday, May 1st and will run for the five Thursdays in May with a launch event on May 1st to kick off the collaboration. CUCINA Urbana's offering is a Roasted Suckling Pig Taco with pork crackling and sherry mustard sugo. Herringbone came up with the California Fish and Chips Taco with a malt vinegar slaw. And don't miss Sea & Smoke's Braised Lamb Taco with pickled onions and a spicy herb remoulade, all pictured above.
