Chef Ryan Studebaker recently departed from his role as Executive Chef at the struggling Encore Champagne Bar & Dining Room (which is currently undergoing a dining room revamp) and has already landed a new gig as executive chef of A Miho Experience, the company which operates Miho Gastrotruck, Stand & Deliver street cart and The Vetted Table catering company. Studebaker replaces Chef Rocio Siso Gurriaran, who is joining Chef Jason Knibb at NINE-TEN, coincidentally where Chef Studebaker's wife Rachel King is the pastry chef. Prior to Encore, Studebaker served as Chef de Cuisine at Matt Gordon's Solace and the Moonlight Lounge, Chef de Cuisine at Enlightened Hospitality Group's Gingham Restaurant and Chef de Cuisine at PrepKitchen Del Mar.
