The Deck At Moonshine Flats Introduces New Smokehouse BBQ Menu

The Deck at Moonshine Flats in downtown San Diego is celebrating the rest of summer with a new smoker and smokehouse menu. This open air venue is now serving authentic smokehouse BBQ featuring brisket, tri-tip, ribs, pulled pork and chicken.

With multiple bars and beer tubs, challenge your friends to a game of corn hole, shuffleboard, oversized beer pong and flip cup. Grab a beer, a napkin and come get your hands dirty while feasting on new menu items.

Highlights of the new menu include Smoked Kielbasa Basket with jalapeno sauerkraut, whole grain mustard; Smothered Brisket Fries with cheese curds, St. Louis BBQ sauce, applewood smoked bacon, green onion; Smoked Chicken BLT with pulled smoked chicken, candied bacon, tomato, lettuce, garlic aioli on a briocke roll; Pulled Pork Potato with a 1 lb. potato topped with sharp cheddar, sour cream, bacon, pulled pork, St. Louis BBQ Sauce; Smoked Buffalo Wings including choice of one sauce - KC Style BBQ, St. Louis Style, Carolina (mustard), Pulled Pork Sauce; and the Traditional Smokehouse Plate with choice of St. Louis cut Ribs, Beef Ribs, 1/2 Chicken, Pulled Pork, Tri-tip, Kielbasa or Brisket served with choice of sauce, 2 sides, 2 slices of white bread, pickles and onions.
