Local Spirit Savants Celebrate Alchemy's 4 Year Anniversary with Month Long Fête

Come celebrate the kickoff to Alchemy Restaurant's 4 year anniversary celebration this Thursday, March 14th, and enjoy tray-passed street food, craft cocktails designed by Blind Tiger Cocktail Co., beer from the Societe Brewing Co., sparkling wine, a photo booth and birthday tee shirts.  Executive chef Ricardo Heredia along with co-Managing partners Ron Troyano and Matt Thomas of Alchemy and mixologists Adam Stemmler and Jason O’Bryan of Blind Tiger Cocktail Co. will come together to start a month long celebration, joining hop-philes Travis Smith and Doug Constantiner of Societe Brewing Company and Segura Viudas Wines in honor of Alchemy’s four year anniversary.

The folks at South Park's favorite hang out are raising a pint to four years of culinary success with a month long brewing release, the first of its kind to feature brew house socialites, Societe Brewing Co., leading the way to position this hop-obsessed city as a sophisticated beer town. With a special focus on IPA's, Belgian inspired brews, and wine barrel-aged sours, founders Travis Smith formerly of Russian River Brewing Company in Santa Rosa, CA, and Doug Constantiner formerly of The Bruery in Placentia, CA, are kicking off Alchemy's anniversary celebration starting with a Societe tap takeover. These beers have never before been found under one roof:

Alchemy knows it's not a party without flavor.  The affair brings together a mix of flavors with tray passed street food,  a taco station, specialty $4 cocktails/brews/wines, commemorative custom tee shirts, a Tapena Wines photo booth, DJ playlists and more! Societe Brewing Co. and Segura Viudas Wines will be supplying the evening’s suds and Artisan Cava Sparkling Wines and Blind Tiger Cocktail Co. will shake up a surprise signature cocktail for the unforgettable celebration.

Tickets for the Alchemy 4th Anniversary Party on March 14 are $10 at the door and include one drink, tray passed street food, taco bar and $4 select cocktails all night.
