Chef Kyle Bergman once again took to Facebook to make the important announcement that he is joining Executive Chef Amy Dibiase at Paradise Point Resort & Spa. Bergman is no stranger to cooking at San Diego resorts, as his resume includes tenures at La Valencia and most recently The Lodge at Torrey Pines, in addition to a head chef role at North Park's Ritual Tavern.
Paradise Point's main restaurant, Baleen, closed on February 16 to reportedly reopen this April as a new concept with Chef Dibiase leading the kitchen. The new restaurant plans to offer a "thoughtfully curated selection of local seafood, seasonal ingredients and craft beverages in a chic, laid-back bayside setting."
