From Margherita and Vegana to Prosciutto e Funghi, Pan Bon’s pizza offerings will leave you kneading more! Join Pan Bon in San Diego’s Little Italy every Wednesday for Giro Pizza night, a chance to taste a sampling of all-you-can-eat selections of chef's choice craft pizza. The Old World Italian eatery features pizza made with Lievito Madre, a starter-type yeast that rises for over 48 hours, a process that helps break down the gluten which allows for easier digestion and a lighter, crispier crust.
Giro, which in Italian means “to go around,” is a night full of rotating pizza at Pan Bon, featuring special creations from the chef and pies from the eatery’s menu. On each Wednesday, guests will receive a card with red and green sides. When the time has come to enjoy more pizza, simply turn the card to the green side and enjoy an unlimited selection of craft pizza. Need to take a breather in between slices of cheese- and meat-filled deliciousness? Turn the card to the red side and sip on a glass of Italian wine. Toast to this weekly pizza night with $6 glasses of wine and $4 beers. Beginning at 5pm each Wednesday, diners can enjoy unlimited pizza for $15 per person.
