This May, 30 bars and restaurants across America's Finest City are competing to see who makes San Diego’s best margarita by offering up their signature concoctions at a discount all month long, culminating in a Margarita Month Grand Tasting party on Saturday, June 11, where attendees will get the chance to taste samples of every cocktail. Get a chance to taste all the margaritas in one place at the Margarita Month Grand Tasting Event on June 11, from 1-6pm at Horton Grand Hotel in the Gaslamp. Over two dozen top San Diego bartenders will be coming together to mix up their own renditions of the Latin American classic cocktail. This event takes will include over 24 favorite local bars and restaurants from around San Diego competing for the title of “San Diego’s Best Margarita.”
Event goers will not only get a chance to taste all participating restaurants’ margaritas, but also vote for their favorite and ultimately crown a winner for the San Diego’s Best Margarita Award. Pre-sale tickets are currently $30, and will go up to $40 on the day of the event. Tickets include mini margaritas from participating competitors, live music, Mexican munchies, whiskey tastings, mariachis and a whole lot of fun!
