For 5th Installment Rock Star Beer Festival Takes Over North Park's Lafayette Hotel On March 18 | Save On Passes & Enter To Win VIP Tickets

 Toast to the best of California's craft beer and live music at San Diego's Rock Star Beer Festival, taking place on Saturday, March 18, poolside and all over North Park's historic Lafayette Hotel. From the crew behind the San Diego Beer & Music Festival and Beer X, Rock Star Beer Productions is bringing it's namesake festival back to San Diego for the 5th year after selling out the past four incarnations. Rock Star Beer Festival will showcase multiple local and regional breweries and feature live music and DJ performances throughout multiple areas within the Lafayette Hotel. The Pool Deck and Veranda will host the majority of the tasting stations and a live DJ, as open air areas make for the best way to enjoy craft beer. The Mississippi Ballroom will host the live music portion of the event with live bands and artists, as well as more breweries and a seating area. The Conservatory of the Hotel will host a lounge-style beer experience with more beer tasting stations and an area of couches and luxury chairs to lounge in. The Executive Chef of HOPE 46 Classic American Cuisine will be creating signature beer-inspired small plates for purchase at the event, and diners can choose to eat inside the Louisiana Ballroom. The event will also feature a crazy after party for those that can make it that long.

Participating breweries include White Labs, Belching Beaver, New English, Groundswell, Acoustic Ales, Knee Deep, Hanger 24, Deschutes, Great Divide, Ninkasi, Angel City, Duck Foot, Sierra Nevada, Figueroa Mountain, Golden Coast Mead and many more.

Tickets to Rock Star Beer Festival are available online for $35 for GA and $50 for VIP. Both tickets include unlimited samples, live entertainment and access to the after party. VIP tickets include an extra hour of imbibing (starting at 6pm) and access to 10 limited release beers. Tickets have consistently sold out, so get 'em while you can.
