Founded by Ron Suel and RaVae Smith, Streetcar offers a Southern-inspired menu centered around fried chicken and donuts by Chef Dante Ross, and although new locations are opening and expansion is underway, each eatery will have its own menu and unique design features.

"If you look at our logos from NP & LJ, you'll see a subtle difference," explained owner Ron Suel. "Gaslamp will have a difference from both of them and be its own thing. I'm not trying to create a traditional chain. They all will have unique touches, menus, etc., but maintain the core."
The 5,000 square foot downtown San Diego Streetcar will have a full liquor license, unlike the other locations, so expect a menu of donut-themed and Southern-inspired craft cocktails in addition to local craft beer. Construction has not yet even begun, so the restaurant is not expected to open until mid-to-late 2017.
