Heading into the Little India Center at 9520 Black Mountain Road in San Diego's Miramar area is Wok N Tandoor, an Indian/Chinese-fusion fine dining restaurant with two locations in Southern California's Orange County.
Helmed by 23-year-old chef/owner Saumil Patel, Wok N Tandoor first opened in 2016 and currently has two successful locations in Southern California - a fine dining restaurant in Aresia and a fast-casual express outpost in Orange. The expansive food menu at Wok N Tandoor melds Indian and Chinese-influences with classic American ingredients through several categories like soups, vegetarian appetizers, non-vegetarian appetizers, “Mystic Masala,” Masala Vegetarian, and Veggies from the Wok (Bombay-Style Chinese), with prices ranging from $4.50 for an appetizer or soup to $14.99 for a main course. The restaurant will also offer a variety of cocktails and mocktails, as well as wine and craft beer.
Wok N Tandoor is expected to open by this summer. For more information, visit wokntandoor.com.
