Heading into the incoming Bellamar mixed-use complex in San Diego's Point Loma is the third area outpost of Mr. Moto Pizza House, an East Coast-style pizzeria and restaurant.
Mr. Moto Pizza House is a family run operation through and through. Owned and operated by Gibran "Mr. Moto" Fernandez with the help of his immediate family (his brother, Mini-Moto, usually delivers the pizza in PB), Mr. Moto opened its first location in Pacific Beach in 2015 and expanded to North Park for a second branch this past February 2017. The NYC-style pizza joint offers a menu centered around a variety of signature pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, calzones and Stromboli, all easily accessible for delivery or pick-up through a nifty online ordering system. The Point Loma space will be on the street floor of the brand new Bellamar single-level residences and feature a brick frontage, a living wall, an outdoor patio, and plenty of fresh baked pies on display. Like the North Park spot, the Point Loma branch will also serve beer and wine.

Moving forward, in addition to Mr. Moto offering a unique "pizza of the month," which is a monthly-changing specialty pie, the eatery intends to introduce new pizza ingredient combinations for an ever-evolving menu. Specialty pies on the current menu include some of our favorites like Furious Diablo with Buffalo sauce, cheese, chicken, garlic sauce, ranch sauce and Romano cheese; Mr.Moto with fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage, marinara dots and meatball; and the Tipsy Time with caramelized onions, chicken, goat cheese and vodka sauce dots. As Pacific Beach residents, we order pizza from Mr. Moto at least once a month.
Mr. Moto Pizza House is located at 4653 Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach, 3773 30th Street in North Park, and coming as early as March 2018 to 1166 Rosecrans Street, Suite 102, in Point Loma. For more information, visit mrmotopizza.com.
