Replacing Redfield's Sports Bar inside Downtown San Diego's Manchester Grand Hyatt is Brew30 California Taps, a new 4,500 square-foot burger, beer and sports restaurant that is now open.
Located on the street level of the Seaport Tower at Manchester Grand Hyatt, Brew30 California Taps has more than 20 flat-screen televisions, as well as a huge projector, and offers a menu centered around house-crafted burgers, including one made with the newsworthy plant-based Impossible Burger. In addition to the lengthy list of burgers made with grass-fed beef served on Sadie Rose buns, Brew30 also offers wings, a charcuterie board, salads and other sides.
Behind the bar, there are 28 taps devoted to local beer and a barrel-aged cocktail program in collaboration with Cutwater Spirits. Brew30 has also worked out a partnership with Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station for a special beer series entitled Freshfor30, with the first limited edition brew being an IPA.
