North County San Diego's incoming One Paseo mixed-use development in Del Mar Heights is welcoming three new prominent eateries to its handpicked lineup of retailers which already boasts a jam packed culinary lineup.
The mixed-use One Paseo property will include Shake Shack, the modern day “roadside” burger stand known for its 100% all natural burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and frozen custard; Parakeet Café, a local spot for fresh, organic eats and handcrafted coffee drinks; and Tender Greens, a chef-led kitchen serving seasonal and responsibly-sourced ingredients, featuring its impressive, chef’s counter dining experiences. These curated retailers are scheduled to open Spring 2019.
Earlier this year, Del Mar Heights' incoming One Paseo retail destination announced its first four confirmed tenants. The neighborhood village will be home to Celebrity Chef Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s acclaimed International Smoke restaurant, modern organic Mexican eatery Tocaya Organica, Top Chef Dakota Weiss’ Cali-meets-Hawaii Sweetfin Poké, and Huntington Beach’s Ways & Means Oyster House.
