The son of legendary pro-skateboarder Tony Hawk is part of the team opening a new craft coffee shop in San Diego's North County. Steel Mill Coffee is set to debut next week in Oceanside.
From professional skateboarder and North County native, Riley Hawk, who is the eldest son of Tony Hawk, comes Steel Mill Coffee - a 900 square foot cafe set to open on February 4 in Oceanside. Hawk teamed up with fellow skater Shea Cooper on the project. Steel Mill will serve coffee and espresso concoctions made using James Coffee beans, as well as offer a small menu of pastries and other food items. Steel Mill will also sell vinyl records from the store.
Steel Mill Coffee sits at 605 Mission Avenue in Oceanside and will operate from 7am-4pm daily.
