Del Lusso's will bring Neapolitan pizzas to San Diego's North County neighborhood of Carlsbad starting this week.
From Steven Seminara and Walter Wong, Del Lusso’s will open on Monday, January 27 within the new Lift development in Carlsbad's Bressi Ranch area. The fast-casual eatery will offer a menu centered around Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked inside a custom 800 degree brick over, which are ready in under 2 minutes. Pizzas will be prepared with authentic ingredients imported from Italy, including Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and mozzarella made from the milk of Italian Mediterranean buffalo. There will also be a variety of appetizers, salads, pastas and entrees. The eatery will offer a 1,600 square-foot, family-friendly interior as well as an expansive outdoor patio.
