San Diego County supervisors announced today that nail salons, tattoo parlors, personal care services, and massage therapy businesses can reopen next week.
San Diego County Supervisor Greg Cox announced this afternoon that beginning on June 19, San Diego will permit the reopening of nail salons, tattoo parlors, personal care services (skin care, waxing, electrolysis) and massage therapy companies, so long as they fill out and post a Safe Reopening Plan. County officials urged businesses looking to reopen to be cautious, pointing out that there were 132 new COVID-19 cases announced today.
