Draft Republic Permanently Closes In La Jolla

October 29, 2021

San Diego's Cohn Restaurant Group has shuttered the La Jolla location of its beer-centric restaurant concept Draft Republic.

In 2014, the Cohn Restaurant Group revamped it's grill-you-own steak concept La Jolla Strip Club and transformed it to the beer-focused Draft Republic. Employees of the restaurant have been offered positions at other Cohn Group properties.
