April 12, 2023After more than 2 years in development, Juicy Burgers has opened in San Diego's North Park, offering a menu of custom-made hamburgers.
According to its website, Juicy Burgers was founded by Nick Walpert in 1978 in San Diego, although there isn't any information to show the veracity of that statement, as the only other location is a since-closed branch in Las Vegas, NV. The company plans additional franchise branches across the nation and is reportedly developing outposts in Miami, Dallas, Denver, Houston, and Orlando.
At Juicy Burgers, the menu is centered around create-your-own burgers with a variety of patties, toppings, sauces, and cheese, as well as signature burgers, wings, a variety of appetizers and desserts. The San Diego branch also carries beer and wine. The North Park location is operated by franchisees, husband-and-wife George and Norma Quezada.
Juicy Burgers is now open at 2810 El Cajon Boulevard in San Diego's North Park. For more information, visit juicyburgers.net.
