Banksy Cafe takes its name from the famous England-based street artist, Banksy, whose real name and identity remain unconfirmed and the subject of speculation. The quaint cafe features an eclectic menu of coffee and tea drinks, lemonade and other soft drinks, frozen drinks, pastries, sandwiches, toasts, acai bowls, wraps, and other light bites, as well as a rotating selection of local art on its walls. For its grand opening, the cafe will feature paintings and sculptures from the nearby Arjang’s Treasure Trove of Fine Art.
"We're thrilled to finally open our doors to the La Jolla community," said Banksy Cafe owner Enoch Medrano. "We wanted to create a space that celebrates art and creativity while also serving top-quality coffee and treats. We can't wait to share it with everyone."
In honor of the grand opening, Banksy Cafe will offer a promotion for its first week in business. From May 7 to May 14, customers can enjoy a complimentary pastry with the purchase of any beverage. Banksy Cafe's grand opening will have live music, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and other specials.
Banksy Cafe will grand open on Sunday, May 7, at 1025 Prospect Street, Suite 130, in San Diego's La Jolla. For more information, visit banksycafe.com and check out the menu below.
