Guest can order from Hello Hibachi Thursday through Sunday starting at 5pm. The menu features protein plates with options like sweet soy chicken, chicken katsu, filet mignon, shrimp, lobster, wagyu hanger steak, and local tuna tataki. There are also special meal options like the Hello Surf & Turf, which includes filet mignon, sweet soy chicken, lobster, garlic fried rice, grilled vegetables, and a cucumber and edamame salad.

Palmy's is healthy cafe concept created by longtime restaurateur Dillon Berkabile, who is a founder of the Bowlology chain of healthy eateries and is also a partner in several other restaurants. In 2021, Berkabile signed a 10 year lease on the 1,396 square-foot standalone former-home with 2,100 square feet of patio space on the corner of Cass & Felspar a couple blocks from the ocean in Pacific Beach. The space was previously used as an outpost of Brick & Bell cafe and housed Cafe 976 before that.

Hello Hibachi is located inside Palmy's at 976 Felspar Street in San Diego's Pacific Beach. For more information, follow Hello Hibachi on Instagram and check out the menu below.
