San Diego's location of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen restaurant will host an exclusive viewing party for the episode of MasterChef that was filmed on the property.
This past February, news broke that Multi-Michelin star chef and the star of multiple television programs, Gordon Ramsay, was in town checking out his San Diego location of Hell's Kitchen restaurant for the very first time. Ramsay was in town to film the "top six" contestant episode of Fox's season 13 of MasterChef, in which the contestants took over the restaurant's kitchen for a high stakes service. Most of the rest of the series is filmed in a production studio in Los Angeles County.
In August 2022, the 332-seat Hells Kitchen restaurant opened within Harrah's SoCal in Northern San Diego County. The largest of the six Hells Kitchen restaurants sited around the world, the space boasts several chef's tables, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the casino, red and blue show kitchens, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving a full cocktail list, beer and wine. Since opening, Hells Kitchen SoCal has served more than 21,000 Beef Wellingtons and over 23,000 Sticky Toffee Puddings, two of Chef Ramsay's most popular signature dishes.

To celebrate the release of the episode, Hell's Kitchen San Diego and Harrah's Resort SoCal will host a free viewing party in the property's courtyard on Wednesday, September 13, starting at 7:30pm. Fans of the show can enjoy the episode, as well as food and drinks from the restaurant. There will also be a trivia game where participants can test their Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef knowledge for a chance to win prizes like a complimentary stay at the hotel and dinner at Hell's Kitchen restaurant.
