Manna Korean BBQ has unveiled a sprawling new location in San Diego's South Bay with more area locations on the horizon.
Manna Heaven BBQ was founded by Sean & Jun Yeo on Convoy Street in San Diego's Kearny Mesa neighborhood in February 2010, and the family-run eatery now has additional locations in Mira Mesa, San Marcos and Chula Vista. The newest San Diego branch recently opened in the space that last housed Charming Charlie boutique within Westfield Plaza Bonita mall in South Bay's National City.
In addition to a full menu of high-quality beef, chicken, pork and seafood to cook on the tabletop Korean BBQ grill, the National City location of Manna BBQ also offers Japanese style shabu-shabu hot pots and a selection of small plates, beer, wine and sake to enjoy with meals. The 8,000 square-foot restaurant was designed by Michael Soriano, who is known for such San Diego hotspots as Vin De Syrah, Queenstown Public House, and The Pearl Hotel, to name a few.

More Manna BBQ locations are expected to open around San Diego in the coming years, including in areas like La Jolla, North County and the SDSU College Area. Other branches are also expected to receive a redesign to modernize the restaurants.
