Curry Pizza House was founded in Fremont, CA, in 2015 by first-generation Indian Americans Gursewak Gill and Gurmail “Romy” Gill. The chain now has locations dotted all around California, as well as branches in Washington, Texas, Oregon, and Nevada. The company has taken over the space that last housed Bolsa Vietnamese Restaurant in Mira Mesa to open its first San Diego outpost.
Curry Pizza House serves a menu centered around pizzas that highlight Indian ingredients, like the chicken tikka pizza, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, and Shahi paneer pizza, among others. The restaurant also serves appetizers, salads, wings, vegan pizzas, classic pizza flavors, and desserts.
Curry Pizza House is expected to open this summer at 9225 Mira Mesa Boulevard, Suite 118, in San Diego's Mira Mesa neighborhood. For more information, visit currypizzahouse.com.
