Now open in the space that last housed Ebullition Brew Works in San Diego's North County city of Carlsbad is Fish Boon By Gami Sushi, a new Japanese restaurant.
Longtime sushi chef Edward Kim opened the original Gami Sushi in San Diego's Carmel Valley community in April 2007, and the Japanese restaurant has established a reputation for fresh, quality seafood. The company recently took over the space that last housed Ebullition Brew Works & Gastronomy off Palomar Airport road within The Square at Bressi Ranch plaza in Carlsbad for a new concept named Fish Boon.
Fish Boon will offer a menu of dishes blending the traditional with modern innovation. Expect a range of appetizers, sushi, sashimi, Japanese tapas, salads, poke bowls, cut & hand rolls, ramen, noodle dishes, and entrees. From the bar, there will be a selection of beer, wine and sake.
