For 2025, the event has introduced additional sessions and reduced ticket prices, making it even more accessible. The expanded schedule includes a special trade-focused Maker's Night/Preview Night on Friday, May 16, followed by three public sessions - two on Saturday and one on Sunday. With more than double the ticket capacity compared to the previous year and optimized session times, the event aims to accommodate a larger audience of cheese and beverage enthusiasts.
"My dream has been to create a festival that brings people, community, and industries together," said Graff. "We are also super stoked that we will be giving $20 per ticket sold to help support five local non-profit organizations: Berry Good Food Foundation, Anvil of Hope, Kitchens for Good, Zero Foodprint, and Liberty Station Improvement Association."
